BENEFICIARIES

Beneficiaries of the program are organizations or individual entrepreneurs operating in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, who procured grapes in 2023 and exported products in 2022, as well as those who will procure grapes in 2024 and exported products in 2023, provided they have a positive credit history and, as of the day preceding the application submission, do not have overdue tax obligations relating to income monitored by the tax authority.

CONTENT 

The objective of the program is to provide budgetary guarantees within the framework of loans issued for the procurement (purchase) of agricultural raw materials to economic operators conducting grape procurement in 2023 and 2024.
Budgetary guarantees are provided to economic operators conducting grape procurement for loans issued from 11 September 2023 to 30 December 2023, and from 1 August 2024 to 30 December 2024.
The amount of the budgetary guarantee provided must not exceed 50% of the loan amount granted within the framework of the interest rate subsidy program for loans issued for the procurement (purchase) of agricultural raw materials, and not more than the value of the products exported in the previous year. Furthermore, the minimum amount of the budgetary guarantee provided is AMD 100.0 million.

LIMITATIONS

If the economic operator, during the validity period of the budgetary guarantee, has overdue liabilities for more than 90 days under the obligations secured by the guarantee, they shall not be eligible to benefit from the provision of budgetary guarantees under this support program for two years.
