BENEFICIARIES

People, forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh in 2023 and registered in the regional employment centers of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.

CONTENT

The training process of the beneficiary is organized for a period of up to 6 months, during which the latter is paid a maximum of AMD 50,000 per month as compensation for training and another AMD 50,000 of scholarship. Upon completion of the training, an employment contract of at least 6 months is signed between the employer and the beneficiary. During the first 3 months, the arrangement of work experience is carried out, within the framework of which the employer is compensated for the beneficiary's salary for the period of 3 months - AMD 165,000 per month. After completing the employment record with the employer, the latter is granted the support of a maximum of AMD 50,000 per month (for a period not exceeding 3 months) to compensate income tax, stamp duty, and, in certain cases, by law, a social contribution is calculated from the recipient's salary. To apply for the program, both employers and displaced people from Nagorno-Karabakh can apply to any regional center of the Unified Social Service.

LIMITATIONS

A beneficiary may be included in the program if he/she is not engaged in any type of activity in the Republic of Armenia provided for in Article 5 of the Law “On Employment” and has not been a taxpayer during the last month based on the information available in the “System of individual accounting of income tax, profit tax, and social payments”.
