BENEFICIARIES

Beneficiaries of the program are commercial organizations or individual entrepreneurs operating in the specified communities and affected by the disaster, as well as the owners of immovable property or holders of property rights over immovable property that serves as a place of entrepreneurial activity and has been affected by the disaster.

CONTENT

The purpose of the program is to support commercial organizations or individual entrepreneurs operating in the communities defined by Annex N 772-N of the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of 27 May 2024, and affected by the disaster, or the owners of immovable property (buildings, structures) or holders of property rights over immovable property that serves as a place of entrepreneurial activity and has been affected by the disaster. Applications can be submitted until October 15, 2025 inclusive.

LIMITATIONS

Persons who have benefited from or been subjects of other support or compensation programs as a result of the disaster that occurred in the Lori and Tavush regions of the Republic of Armenia in 2024, and have received compensation for the same damage, are not eligible to participate in this support program.
