BENEFICIARIES

Beneficiaries of the program are legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who, from 23 March 2025 to 31 March 2026, produce and sell products of Armenian origin that are subject to export restrictions from the Republic of Armenia. These products include:

• Iron and non-alloy steel in ingots or other primary forms (HS Code 7206)

• Semi-finished products of iron or non-alloy steel (HS Code 7207)

• Other alloy steel in ingots or other primary forms; semi-finished products of other alloy steel (HS Code 7224)

• Refined copper and unwrought copper alloys (HS Code 7403)

• Unwrought aluminum (HS Code 7601)

• Aluminum powders and flakes (HS Code 7603)

To be eligible, the legal entity or individual entrepreneur must sell its own products and, as of the working day preceding the date of submission of an application to the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of obtaining documentation of product sales and a conclusion regarding obligations related to revenues monitored by the tax authority, must have no outstanding obligations related to revenues monitored by the tax authority (excluding stamp duty).

CONTENT

The purpose of the program is to support the saleability of the products, particularly to mitigate risks associated with the saleability of these products, to promote the extension of the production chain within the Republic of Armenia, and to expand production volumes, thereby ensuring economic growth and increased employment.
Beneficiary economic operators receive support in the amount of AMD 10,000 per ton of product sold within the Republic of Armenia, provided that a sales (supply) contract for the product exists.
