An organization that has procured at least 10,000 tons of grapes in 2025 is considered a beneficiary of the Program.
CONTENT
The purpose of the Support Program for Grape-Processing Operators is to assist grape-processing operators in the republic in mitigating financial risks caused by export-related challenges, creating opportunities for temporary access to financial resources, coping with challenges, and continuing normal operations. Support is provided in the form of subsidization of interest rates on targeted loans granted to beneficiaries by banks and credit organizations. The interest rates subsidized are those on loans provided to beneficiaries for the following expenses: 1) salaries and equivalent payments to the beneficiary's employees; 2) taxes and mandatory payments to the state or community budget.
