BENEFICIARIES

The program beneficiaries are considered to be commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs registered and actually operating in the Republic of Armenia, who as of the day preceding the application submission date do not have tax obligations regarding income controlled by the tax authority, and whose at least 80% of turnover presented in calculations for each reporting period during the year preceding the application submission date has been formed from the types of activities included in the "C (SI) Manufacturing Industry" group of the "Classifier of Types of Economic Activity" approved by Order N 874-N of September 19, 2013 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

CONTENT

The purpose of the measure is to promote the engagement of new workers, including persons without work experience or those in need of requalification, by commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in manufacturing industry operating in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, effective training in working conditions, and engagement of stable workforce for the employer. Within the framework of the measure, support is provided to the beneficiary in the amount of income tax calculated on wages and other equivalent payments calculated for workers for the first twelve months of employment relations between the beneficiary and the worker (including the month containing the beginning of employment relations), but not more than 500,000 drams per worker for each beneficiary calculated for twelve months.

LIMITATIONS

Economic entities that are (or have been) subjects of micro-entrepreneurship during the application submission and/or the preceding calendar year(s) cannot be beneficiaries of the program.
